Service Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

MDCAT Papers is a digital service. There is no physical product, no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge. What you buy is access to content on this website, delivered to your account.

When access starts

• Card or online payment - immediately once the payment provider confirms the transaction. This is normally instant but can take a few minutes.
• Wallet or bank transfer - after we verify your transfer by hand. Usually within a couple of hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM PKT), and by the next working morning outside them.

You will receive an email at the address given at checkout as soon as access is live.

How long access lasts

• Monthly - 30 days from activation.
• Annual - 365 days from activation.
• Single Mock Test - a single mock attempt. This is a one-off purchase, not an access period, and it does not renew.

What you get

Full details are on the services page. In summary: the complete past-paper archive with answer keys and written explanations, unlimited full-length mock tests, subject and chapter MCQ banks, most-repeated question packs, downloadable workbooks, and performance analytics.

If access doesn't appear

Contact us with your payment reference and the email you used at checkout, and we will resolve it or refund you. We would rather hear about it than have you wait - see the contact page.

If the service is unavailable for an extended period during your access window, tell us and we will extend it or refund you in full, regardless of the refund window.

Cancellation and refunds

Covered separately by our refund policy - 7 days, full refund, no justification needed.

Technical requirements

Any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and an internet connection. The site is built mobile-first because most of our users are on Android phones. No app to install, no downloads required to use the site.
