Yes. PMDC confirmed that the MDCAT 2026 syllabus is unchanged from 2025, so every past paper on this page tests material that is still examinable.
Which body conducts MDCAT 2026 in my province?
PMDC sets one national paper, administered provincially: UHS in Punjab, Sukkur IBA in Sindh, KMU in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, BUMHS in Balochistan, and SZABMU for Islamabad, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.
How many questions are in the MDCAT paper?
180 MCQs in 3 hours with no negative marking: 81 Biology, 45 Chemistry, 36 Physics, 9 English and 9 Logical Reasoning.
