Refund Policy

The short version

If MDCAT Papers is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of your payment and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request.

What is covered

Every paid plan: Monthly (Rs 1,000), Annual (Rs 6,000) and the one-off Single Mock Test (Rs 300).

How to request a refund

1. Email us from the address on your account.
2. Include your payment reference or the transaction screenshot you uploaded.
3. We acknowledge within 2 working days and process the refund within 7 working days.

How the money is returned

Refunds go back to the account you paid from. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are returned to the same mobile wallet number. Card payments are reversed to the same card and may take a further 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Limits

• Requests made more than 7 days after payment are considered case by case, and we will normally decline them once an exam has been sat.
• Accounts sharing credentials, scraping content, or redistributing paid material are not eligible and may be closed without refund.
• A refund ends your access immediately.

If something goes wrong on our side

If the platform is unavailable for an extended period during your access window, or a paid feature does not work as described, tell us and we will refund you in full regardless of the 7-day window.
