The single most valuable message you can send us. Include the paper, the question number, and what you believe the correct answer is. You know this material - if something looks wrong, it may well be. Corrections are applied quickly, and papers stay marked unverified until a human has checked them.
Payment and access
Paid and not activated, or need a refund under our 7-day policy? Send your order reference, the email you used at checkout, and the transaction screenshot if you paid by transfer. Delivery timings are set out in our service delivery policy.
Content and takedown requests
If you believe material here infringes your rights, write to us with the specific URL and the basis of your claim. We review and respond promptly, and we will take content down while we do.
