About MDCAT Papers

What this is

An archive of MDCAT past papers you can actually work through - every question solvable online, with a written explanation rather than just a letter, plus timed mocks built to the real paper's composition.

The papers exist in scattered PDFs across a dozen sites. The point of MDCAT Papers is that they are indexed, structured, searchable by chapter, and attached to an engine that tells you what you are weak at.

Where the papers come from

Official university and PMDC releases where available, and publicly circulated reconstructions where they are not. Every paper records its source. We aim to cover all 9 conducting bodies across 2008–2025.

Explanations are written by us. We do not copy other sites' commentary.

How we handle mistakes

A wrong answer key is worse than no answer key, so papers are marked unverified until a human has checked a sample of their answers against the official key, and unverified papers carry a visible notice. Right now 0 of 1 papers in the archive are verified.

If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it - you know this material and we would rather hear it.
