Turn your score into an aggregate
Your MDCAT score on its own tells you very little. The number that decides admission is the merit aggregate.
Aggregate = (Matric % × 0.10)
+ (FSc % × 0.40)
+ (MDCAT % × 0.50)Convert each component to a percentage of its own total first, then weight it. Weighting raw marks gives a number that looks right and is wrong.
What merit actually closed at
2024–25 final closing merit, open merit MBBS seats, Punjab (UHS). Useful as a reference point - not a prediction, since cut-offs move every cycle with the applicant pool.
| College | City | Closing merit |
|---|---|---|
| KEMU | Lahore | 96.06% |
| AIMC | Lahore | 95.60% |
| SIMS | Lahore | 95.28% |
| NMU | Multan | 95.16% |
| RMU | Rawalpindi | 94.81% |

If you are retaking
PMDC kept the 2026 syllabus unchanged from 2025, so past papers do not go stale between cycles. Everything you revise now still counts next year.
MDCAT Papers is not affiliated with PMDC or any conducting body, and does not host or issue results. Always check your result and merit on the official portal of the body that conducted your test.
